Absolute privacy — LGPD rule
The property owner is never exposed to other agents. When you open a property for partnership, the Marketplace projects only what's already public on the hotsite — photos, price, specs, approximate location — and the contact of the listing agent, not the owner. Internal notes, CRM, leads and sensitive data stay isolated in your tenant.

What is the BrokerIA partnership Marketplace?+
It's a peer-to-peer marketplace among agents registered on BrokerIA. Each agent can open up part of their inventory (developments and properties) for partnership. Other logged-in agents see those opportunities, contact the listing agent directly via WhatsApp and settle the commission between themselves — the platform doesn't mediate, charge a take rate or capture the lead.
How much commission does BrokerIA charge on a partnership sale?+
Zero. BrokerIA charges no take rate, partnership fee or commission. Partner agents (A and B) negotiate the commission split directly, outside the platform. The model is the same as the traditional 50/50 of the real estate market, just made digital.
Do I have to pay to join the Marketplace?+
We don't charge extra for the Marketplace: access is already included in the Solo plan (R$ 49.90/month). Subscribe at corretor.brokeria.com.br, get a WhatsApp OTP to validate, and you're in with access to the inventory open for partnership. No CNPJ required, no lock-in.
Is the property owner's data exposed to other agents?+
Never. BrokerIA has an absolute privacy rule: an owner registered by one agent is NEVER exposed to third parties. The Marketplace shows photos, specs, price, approximate location and the contact of the LISTING agent — never the owner's. Per LGPD, third parties' personal data does not circulate.
How is a lead that comes from a partnership attributed?+
The lead captured by agent B (who shared agent A's property) lands in B's CRM. The commission split between A and B happens offline, per their agreement. BrokerIA neither mediates the lead nor retains data — it's a storefront + point of contact only.
Can I use the Marketplace even without listing a property?+
Yes. The Solo plan gives you access to the Marketplace for discovery — you see all the inventory other agents have opened for partnership and can contact them directly. Listing your own inventory (up to 50 properties on Solo) is optional, but boosts the network effect: the more agents list, the more value for everyone.
What's the difference between the BrokerIA Marketplace and Homer?+
Both are peer-to-peer between agents, with no take rate on your commission — on BrokerIA the way in is Solo, R$ 49.90/month. The difference is in the product: Homer is just filter-based search. BrokerIA combines Marketplace + CRM + AI WhatsApp bot in the same tenant. In the future, that enables active matching (the bot suggests partner properties to the lead based on conversation history) and a ready-to-go conversation handoff — an edge that requires CRM + bot + inventory in one place.
How do I open one of my properties for partnership?+
Once subscribed, go to "Imóveis" → "Empreendimentos" → select the project → toggle the "Aberto pra parceria" flag. Done. Other logged-in agents see the card in the Marketplace and contact you directly. You can remove the flag at any time.
